Safety lock is an early style with a knurled undercut thumb-piece

Turnbull Turning Bull trademark on left of slide behind serrations
Doug Turnbull inspector stamp
Frame and hammer are color case hardened; pins, screws, slide stop and thumb safety are nitre blued; balance of firearm is charcoal blued.
